We ship everywhere in Egypt . We also offer shipping to Middle East . 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Shipping takes about 2 to 7 business days during the regular season. In Seasons & Holidays shipping times may take longer.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Returns

Items are eligible for return will the courier is shipping the order . Every client has 5-10 minutes to see & try the order if it is not suitable you can return it with the courier and pay only the shipping fees . Ones the courier leaves you cannot return you can only exchange it with a different size or item .

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Returns Fees is determined according to location of every client.
